Meetings were held between the teams of both companies to agree on the details.<\/li><li><strong>Positive Feedback:<\/strong>After the initial delivery of desks and carts, Puma received positive feedback from pilots. Staff ergonomics improved, and the adaptability of the modular system was key to adjusting other aspects, such as light structure and office organization.<\/li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:<\/strong>Puma maintained the principle of continuous improvement and considered Alutipo as a strategic partner. The choice of KNAPP as a logistics solutions integrator also contributed to the success of the project.<\/li><li><strong>Second Stage of Carts:<\/strong> Currently, they are executing the second stage of carriages. They are looking for validated wheels and reinforcements in critical points.
